The strongest screed for the most demanding situations
Gyvlon® Screed XTR FD E2C is an engineered blend of Gyvlon Binder, selected aggregates and clean potable water, to produce a flowing screed that is extremely strong.
XTR is designed to provide a smooth level surface in both commercial and domestic buildings where higher than usual loadings are expected. It is particularly suitable for application as a floating screed.The loading characteristics of the insulation being specified is crucial to the performance of the system.

Shorter lead times before floor covering

The FD (Faster Drying) technology by Anhydritec® modifies the internal screed structure to speed up the drying process, drying times are at least twice as fast : it opens the doors for quicker floor covering. |

The E2C technology (Early to Cover) strengthens the screed properties, especially at the surface, increasing adhesion performance, allowing risk free floor cover even at high moisture content (MC), from 1,5% MC for tiles and vinyls. |
